These Terms of Use govern your use of jcrprocoatings.com (the “Site”), operated by JCR Professional Coatings LLC (“JCR Pro Coatings,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Website Information Only
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. It describes the types of work we perform and is not an offer, bid, estimate, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result, price, schedule, or scope. Any work performed by JCR Pro Coatings is governed solely by a written estimate, proposal, contract, or agreement accepted by both parties. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
2. Estimate Requests
Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract or obligate either party. We will review your request and may follow up to discuss your project or schedule a site visit. Pricing, scope, materials, and schedule are confirmed only in a written estimate or proposal.
3. Colors, Finishes, and Project Photos
Colors and finishes shown on the Site are for general reference only and may appear different from actual paint and coating products because of screen settings, lighting, surface conditions, and other factors. Final color and finish selections should be made from physical samples. Project photos and descriptions on the Site are representative examples of work performed and are not a guarantee that any project will produce the same result. Company and brand names referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with those companies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, images, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to JCR Pro Coatings and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
